Welcome to The Wild Place

A poem for those wildly romantic and adventurous couples who have or are going to make the head of the Lake their special place.

Welcome to The Wild Place,
A venue made for lovers,
Created by earth moving mountains,
And carved by ancient ice glaciers,
Draped with thousand year forests,
And sky’s from the heavens above,
The chimes are made by bird song,
And lights by bright distant stars.

This is to be your special place,
The Wild etched in your hearts,
From here you’ll journey together,
As your ever after starts.
