Heli Elopement for the Wild Hearts

The mountains around Glenorchy are like a magnet to adventure seekers from around the world, and for those free spirits who have found their sole mate, these mighty peaks are a perfect place to start their married adventure together.

It doesn’t matter which direction we fly from the head of Lake Wakatipu, the views are out of this world, and once the chopper pilot has hovered over some possible locations and we’ve decided on the best place to land, it’s time for our couples to explore a little, look out at the views, and take a moment to breath this amazing place in. 

On each of our heli elopements we leave mother nature in charge of the location styling to make sure the rough alpine peaks have been carved out for thousands of years, the snow and glacier fed mountain lakes area among the purest in the world, and the unique alpine foliage has thrived through some of the toughest elements to all be perfect when our couples arrive.  (yep that’s what we do!)

The nature of a heli elopement or heli photoshoot is that it’s only going to be with the two of you or with a few of your closest friends.  This private location, overlooking the Southern Alps will then become your very own place and a memory which will be etched into your hearts forever.
